You’re One Step Away from Covered Lactation Support!

Since you have Health First Colorado (Medicaid), your visits can be 100% covered. Medicaid requires a letter from your provider recommending lactation support services, you will have to ask them for this and I will need it on file before we get you scheduled.

Here’s what to tell your provider’s office through a phone call or in your patient portal:

“I’d like to request a letter recommending lactation services so I can have covered support through my insurance.”

(It’s really that easy!)

They can:

Fax it directly to me at FAX#: 719-960-3003

OR

Email it to kylie@springslactation.com.

Once I have that letter on file, I’ll reach out to you to schedule! (It’s helpful if you let me know that you’ve asked for it so I can follow up with the office if needed!)
