Breastfeeding is supposed to be beautiful.
Right now, it might feel like the hardest thing you've ever done.
You're not failing. You just need the right support, fast.
Kylie Pina, RN, IBCLC, comes to your home so you don't have to pack up a newborn and drive somewhere.
We fix the latch, we check baby’s weight, and we make a plan.
And when the visit is done, you’ll feel like you’ve got this.
Does this sound like you?
The latch is so painful it makes your toes curl
Your baby isn’t gaining weight and your pediatrician wants you to supplement
You can’t find a comfortable nursing positions
You think (or someone told you) your baby has a tongue tie, but you don’t know what that means for feeding
You have low milk supply
You thought you had to pump all the time and now have an over supply
Your baby is struggling to keep up with your fast milk flow
You aren’t sure when you are support to pump
You know your flange doesn’t fit right because it hurts, but you don’t know what size you need
Your baby is refusing the bottle and you need to go back to work
You’re engorged, and when your baby tries to latch, he just can’t
You have clogged ducts, and are on the verge of mastitis
Your NICU baby comes home, and no one told you how to go from bottles to your goal of breastfeeding
You don’t have to figure it out alone.
Which level of support is right for you?
Both paths start with the same thing: expert lactation care from Kylie, an IBCLC and RN. The difference is where we meet, how often, and how much of the logistics we handle together.
Comprehensive In-Home Packages
Kylie comes to you. Visits reserved in advance, support built around your baby's first months — not just a single appointment.
This is a good fit if you:
Want someone in your home, watching an actual feed, with your baby
Don't want to pack up a newborn and drive somewhere when you're exhausted
Want your visits already held before baby arrives, not scrambling for availability at day five
Want one person who knows your history, your baby, and your goals the whole way through
How the two work together
If you choose a package, your insurance may still cover the clinical lactation visits, they are billed separately.
The package fee is what reserves Kylie's travel to your home and holds your spot on the schedule.
We sort out every detail of your specific coverage together on your free Care Planning Call, before you commit to anything.
Insurance-Covered Lactation Visits

Are comfortable scheduling follow-ups as needed

Want to use your insurance coverage with minimal out-of-pocket cost
Not sure which is right for you?
If things feel urgent — pain, weight worries, latch struggles — a package gets you consistent support without gaps.

Before baby arrives: Virtual prenatal consultation. We build your feeding plan, cover your risk factors, and make sure you and your partner know exactly what to expect in the first days.
Visit 1 - First days home: The most important visit. We assess the latch, do a weighted feed to confirm baby is getting milk, and create your care plan for the first week. This is where we catch things early.
Visit 2 - End of week one/early week two: We check weight gain and latch progress, answer everything that came up in the first week, and adjust your plan. Most families feel a significant shift in confidence here.
Visit 3 - Ongoing progress check: Baby is growing and feeding is changing. We make sure your routine is sustainable, address anything new that's come up, and assess whether pumping or bottle introduction is on the horizon.
Visit 4 - Setting you up for the long haul: Pumping, bottle feeding, returning to work, or simply making sure you feel fully confident going forward. We close out with a plan you can carry independently.
Between every visit: Private voice messaging with Kylie from the moment you book through your baby's third month. Because questions don't wait for appointments.
-
Here's how the two pieces work together:
Your lactation visits: the clinical part of every appointment, may already be covered by your insurance. We check this together on your Care Planning Call, and bill your insurance directly when you're eligible.
The package fee: this is separate from insurance. It's what reserves Kylie's travel to your home, holds your four visits on the schedule before baby arrives, and guarantees you have a dedicated expert available during the first three months, not whoever happens to have an opening when you're desperate at day five postpartum.
You don't pay for travel to a waiting room. You don't pack up a newborn. Kylie comes to you.
We'll go over the details of your specific coverage on your free Care Planning Call, including what your insurance covers, what the package fee is, and what (if anything) you'll owe out of pocket.
Currently accepting Health First Colorado and CIGNA. Most major insurances coming soon: including Tricare, BCBS, Aetna, and United Health.

Insurance Covered Visits + Peace of Mind Package: $275
Self-Pay Two-Pack Support Package: $675
Kylie is awesome! We have worked with her since the birth of our sweet girl, who lost a little too much weight in the first few days but is now doing awesome. We also worked through some significant latching pain. She is super knowledgeable and kind, with guided personalized support and recommendations. She’s also great at following up and checking in.

The Expert Eyes Visit
One in-home visit. For families who want expert confirmation before going it alone.

Weighted feed to confirm baby's intake

-
Your lactation visit may be covered by your insurance. We'll verify your specific benefits on your Care Planning Call.

Insurance Covered Visits + Single In-Home Support Visit: $225
Self-Pay Single In-Home Support Visits: $575
The package may be HSA/FSA eligible. Any co-pays, deductibles, or coinsurance required by your insurance plan are billed separately.
Kylie showed me a more convenient and simple way to breastfeed without needing my nursing pillow every time. She also encouraged me to: 1) wean my baby off the bottle after breastfeeding and 2) go longer times in between night pumps so I can sleep more! Very thankful for her help!
-Erika S.
Why reserve visits in advance?
Because the last thing you need at 4 days postpartum is to be searching for available appointments. When you book a package, Kylie holds time on her schedule specifically for you, so when you need her, she's there.
Not "maybe available next week."
“She made sure we were set up for success right from the start. My favorite part of working with Kylie was that she never pushed her own opinions. Instead, she educated and supported us in the goals my husband and I had set for our child and our breastfeeding journey.”
-Alivia B
