Payment Policy

At Springs Lactation, I’m committed to providing you with the support and care you need throughout your feeding journey. To secure your consultation, payment is required at the time of booking. Payment can be made via:

  • Credit or Debit Card via IntakeQ

Once payment is received, your appointment will be confirmed, and I will reserve dedicated time for our session.

Refund Policy

Lactation support is an investment in your confidence, your baby’s well-being, and your feeding journey. Because of the time and expertise I dedicate to each consultation, I do not offer refunds for completed services.

However, your success and peace of mind are my top priorities. If you need additional guidance after our session, I’m happy to provide follow-up support to help you reach your breastfeeding goals. Simply reach out, and we will work together to keep you moving forward.

Cancellation policy: I understand that I am responsible for all charges associated with this visit. If I cancel with less than 24 hours notice, my credit card on file will be charged the cost of the visit. 

Secure Messaging Policy

If you choose to message with me, I encourage you to use the Secure Messaging Portal in Intake Q

By messaging with me through IntakeQ, I can ensure HIPAA security, and both of us can have the convenience of using text messages.

You are not obligated to use secure texting, I’m just required to offer it. If you opt out of secure texting and send me a regular text or email, I’ll respond. My emails are stored on a secure server and encrypted.
